BZA Public Hearing 9/14/16

The Sagamore Hills Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Sagamore Hills Township office, 11551 Valley View Rd., Sagamore Hills, OH 44067, on September 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. for the following:

An application for an area variance under Section 3.3E of the Sagamore Hills Township Zoning Resolution, has been applied for by David and Janet Marchant of 8174 N. Boyden Rd. for a home renovation. The applicants request a thirty-two-foot variance from the required minimum front yard depth of one hundred feet from the dedicated road centerline.
